Shipping Information
We understand how important it is to receive your order promptly, and we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before midday are typically shipped the same day, or the following business day. Please note that high-volume periods and other factors may occasionally affect this timeframe. In rare cases, we may need to contact you before releasing your parcel, and once we have all the necessary information, your order will be dispatched immediately.
Postage & Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 2 business days, please check your junk mail folder.
If you are not home to accept the parcel, a card will be left at the supplied address with details of where to collect your parcel.
If you have not received your parcel within 25 business days of shipment, please contact us at hello@nightlyco.com , and we will initiate an investigation into the matter.
Please be aware that postage times may be affected by public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, pandemics, customs investigations, Australia Post investigations, and other uncontrollable factors. We will do our best to ensure your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible.
Taxes & Duties
Please note that postage charges do not include any taxes or duties, which may be imposed by customs in the destination country. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are usually determined based on the value of your order.
If you choose not to pay the required taxes and duties, and your order is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the cost of the order, minus shipping and any fees incurred during the return process.
Customs authorities may also stop parcels for routine security checks, which can cause delays in processing.
Incorrect Information & Failure to Collect
Once your order is placed, changes to the shipping details cannot always be made. We recommend carefully reviewing your shipping address before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided, please contact us immediately at hello@nightlyco.com , and we will make every effort to correct the details. However, once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make any changes.
If your parcel is not collected, or is returned due to insufficient or incorrect information, shipping costs are non-refundable. By placing an order, you confirm that all information, including your shipping address, is accurate and complete.
