Return Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item(s) meet the following conditions:
- Must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items that fail to meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.
Please note: Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind.
If your purchase isn’t the right fit, we offer a store credit valid for three years. Refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
In the rare instance that you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team at hello@nightlyco.com , and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Process

Return the item within 30 days of purchase.

Ensure the product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

Contact our Customer Service team at hello@nightlyco.com to receive the return address.

Pack the item securely for return, and ensure you include your name and order number inside the parcel. Please make sure all product tags are included.

Once your return has been received and accepted, a store credit will be issued to you via email. Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
What Happens if I Have Purchased the Incorrect Size?
If you're unsure about sizing, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Experience team at hello@nightlyco.com before making your purchase. If you receive your item and need a size exchange, please return it within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is received and accepted, a store credit will be issued, which can be used within the next 3 years.
What If I'm Worried About Missing Out on My Size?
To avoid missing out, we recommend purchasing the correct size of the same item immediately. Please contact us at hello@nightlyco.com , providing your new order number and indicating that you have repurchased the correct size. Once we receive the original item, we will issue a refund for the original purchase, minus shipping costs.
What If I Receive a Faulty Item?
If the item you received is significantly different from the description or has a major manufacturer's fault that cannot be easily fixed or replaced, we are happy to assist you with a store credit or refund. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. For any concerns, please contact us at hello@nightlyco.com .
Can I Change My Order Once I Place It?
Once an order is placed, our warehouse processes it as quickly as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate any changes, it may not be possible to edit your order once it has been packed. If you notice an issue, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll try to assist you.
Why Does My Product Colour Look Slightly Different from the Photos Online?
Due to factors such as lighting, monitor settings, and print variations, the colour of products may appear slightly different in person. We strive to accurately represent the colour and print of each item, but please understand that there may be minor differences.
